Plan a Visit/About

Getting to Know Each Other

We want you to LOVE church, but we know going to a new church for the first time can be intimidating. We want to help you plan a visit and make your first experience at Community Evangelical Church a great one!

Service Times

Each weekend, Community Evangelical offers one contemporary service and one traditional service.

We also offer our Community Connection Hour to help you grow in your faith.

  • Traditional Service: Sundays at 8 AM
  • Contemporary Service: Sundays at 10:45 AM

As you approach our campus, keep your eyes peeled for our unmistakable landmark – a bold, eye-catching sign on the right-hand side of the road. This sign serves as your guidepost to the entrance of our parking lot. From there, follow the well-marked pathway to our entrance, where our friendly greeters will be waiting to welcome you with open arms.

What happens in a Community Evangelical Service?

In our 8:00 AM traditional Sunday service, we enjoy singing hymns led by various instruments.

At 9:30 AM, we offer a variety of classes during our Community Connection Hour to help you grow in your faith and connect with others in our church family. Whether you’re interested in fellowship, Bible study, or video-based lectures, we have a class for you. Our Light Discussion & Fellowship Time is perfect for those looking for easy conversation and a chance to get to know others.

Our Sunday 10:45 AM service features contemporary music led by a band and worship team. The song choices range from classic hymns to the newest music. In all of our services, there are times of prayer and reflection as well as the reading and study of God’s Word. Pastor Mike and our teachers preach from the Bible or a topic from the Bible, teaching God’s truth verse-by-verse.

What’s the culture like at Community?

At Community Evangelical Church, we welcome you to join us for an exciting, casual, and relaxed weekend worship experience. No matter what you’re wearing, whether it’s sport coats and dresses or jeans and khakis, you will be welcomed as our guest. We are a family where differences do not matter, and we invite you to join us just as you are. To get a better understanding of who we are, you can check out our Beliefs and About Us pages.
