Ash Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Begin the holy season of Lent with prayer, scripture, and communion at our Ash Wednesday Open House on February 14 from 6AM to 6PM. We invite all to partake in this moving day of spiritual reflection. Whether you are new to the Lenten journey or have walked it many times before, come seeking meaning and inspiration on this profoundly holy day in the church calendar. Our doors and our hearts are open – join us.

Good Friday Service | 7:00 PM
This Good Friday, join with our brothers and sisters from other local EC churches for a multi-congregational service remembering Jesus’ passion and death on the cross. Beginning at 7PM in our sanctuary, our congregations will sing songs both new and old, give thanks, and bear prayerful witness to the Messiah as we meditate on that first solemn Friday when Jesus willingly gave his life so we might inherit eternity. All are welcome.

Easter Egg Hunt | 10:00 AM
Hop on over to our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th at 10AM sharp at the church. Kids through 4th grade are invited to search for eggs stuffed with candy, small toys, and other fun items. Make sure to bring your Easter baskets! The Easter Egg Hunt is a FREE event open to all kids, not just ones who attend our church. Please arrive early, as the egg hunt will start promptly at 10AM. We can’t wait to see you for this special children’s event as we prepare our hearts for the glory of Easter morning!

Celebrate the resurrected hope of Christ this Easter Sunday with Community EC. Start the holy day with an inspirational Sunrise Service at 6:30AM in our parking lot as the day awakens, followed by a Continental Breakfast from 7AM-10:45AM in the Fellowship Hall. Then join us for a Traditional Easter Worship Service at 8AM singing our favorite familiar hymns, or at 10:45AM for an upbeat Contemporary Service led by our Worship Team. Whatever service you choose, come ready to joyfully declare “He is Risen!” after reflecting on Jesus’ sacrifice and victory over death. We offer multiple service options so all can praise His name. The flowers will be blooming, the music will stir our hearts, and the message will resonate with Easter truth and promise. Bring family and friends and make meaningful memories on this special Resurrection Sunday. Christ is alive, and we are alive in Him! Please note no Sunday School classes will meet. We pray you’ll join our festive Easter celebration!
